Your studio

Pastel Studio is operated by HasantaVision. Free painting is available without a subscription. A grown-up must authorize purchases and manage billing.

Creator subscriptions

Creator provides access to printable bundles while your subscription is active. Each bundle can include up to eight pictures, numbered pages, clean examples and color charts in PDF, SVG and ZIP formats. Usage and file-size limits protect reliable delivery.

Payment and renewal

Subscriptions are purchased in the mobile app through Google Play or the Apple App Store when available. The store shows the price, currency, billing period and any applicable taxes before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. The Pastel Studio website does not sell subscriptions or take payments.

Cancel and restore

Use Manage subscription in the app or your app store's subscription settings to cancel renewal. Cancelling normally keeps Creator available until the end of the paid period. Refunds, payment failures and expired subscriptions can end access. Deleting pictures, deleting an account or removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests follow the app store's process and applicable consumer rights. Use Restore purchases in the app to check existing store purchases.

Your artwork

You keep the rights you already have in your drawings and photos. Only upload or sell work you have permission to use. Creator licenses the export tool; it does not grant resale rights to the app's starter pictures. Starter pictures are for personal printing. Etsy and other marketplaces set their own seller requirements; a downloaded ZIP is not marketplace approval.

Downloads and colors

Save downloaded files somewhere you control. A downloaded bundle remains on your device after a subscription ends. Screen colors and suggested acrylic paints are approximate; printer settings, paper and real paint can change the result.

Private storage

Sign in with your email before subscribing so you can restore your studio and purchases on another device. Keep a separate copy of work you need. Clearing device storage or removing the app can remove local pictures and an unsigned-in studio's access. The Privacy policy explains what is stored and how to delete it.
