Delete account

In the app

Open Pastel Studio and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Settings and complete the grown-up check.
Choose Delete pictures, then confirm Delete pictures.

This permanently deletes the current painting account, its sign-in sessions, online painting progress and generated photo pictures. It also clears that studio's local pictures and favorites on this device. Copies saved or downloaded on other devices must be removed there separately.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from your Pastel Studio account email with the subject “Pastel Studio account deletion”. We verify account ownership before deleting your account and its online paintings. Never include your sign-in code.

Subscriptions and receipts

Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel renewal in Google Play subscriptions, or your Apple subscription settings for an Apple purchase. App stores and payment providers may retain purchase records for billing, tax and fraud prevention. Files you downloaded remain on your devices.
