Include your device, app version and what happened. Contact us from your account email when possible. Never send a sign-in code or private photo unless we request it.

Purchases

Use Restore purchases in the app to check a store purchase. To cancel renewal, open Google Play subscriptions, or your Apple subscription settings for an Apple purchase. Include the store and receipt reference if you need our help. Do not send full payment details.

Account deletion

Follow the account deletion instructions to remove your studio or request deletion without the app.
